We hand raise our beef on our family farm in Kirkland, IL. In addition to fresh pasture and open air grazing, we plant, grow, cut, and bale our own hay that has never been treated with synthetics. We know our cattle and know what goes into them from birth to butcher. Always free of growth hormones and steroids. Never any fillers or dyes/colorants (therefore no shrinkage when cooking). We raise our cattle with love and an unwavering commitment to humane practices, environmental stewardship, and integrity. Processed locally by Eickman’s. Fresh Frozen.
