Donation Form
We are so grateful you’ve considered One Love Candle & Bath to donate to your event/cause! Please take the following into consideration:
We donate to registered non-profit organizations, preferably ones that serve our local community directly in some way - families, organizations, etc.
Our donations consist of our own products & gift cards. Each donation varies based on the event and our allotted budget at the time. Monetary donations will be considered and provided as sponsorships for community events such as Golf Play Days, Keynote Speakers for Galas, etc.
We kindly request a 30-day notice prior to any event as donations are given on a first-come, first-served basis. We receive several requests daily, therefore have a monthly review of requests to streamline our process. The earlier you make your request, the more likely we will be able to help you out. We love our community and want to give as much as we can, so we hope you understand that a cap is placed on each month’s donation allowance.
Due to the volume of requests, we can now only consider donation requests that are submitted with this form. If you walked in & handed us a form, thank you - we will add it to our donation files! We also would have directed you to this form – so please still fill it out as it’s needed to complete the application process. :)
